SWAU is the only company that I would ever trust my treasured items with for various private autograph signings. They know how to put the customer first every step of the way. During the entire process from start to finish I am always well informed with each changing step. The team at SWAU sets the industry standard for great customer service and I look forward to being a customer for many years to come. Thank you.

This review is for all of my experiences with SWAU. (As an FYI, SWAU is doing raffles of gift cards for folks giving them reviews on this site. So keep that in mind moving forward as you look at some of the reviews). I used SWAU to validate a signature for a Chris Evans autograph in March of 2024. This is an item I got signed myself at a convention. They had a booth on site to get an authentication sticker. It took them about 25 minutes turn around to get the signature back to me. As a comparison, I used JSA to also validate signatures and JSA was able to validate everything with their sticker in five minutes. I used SWAU for a send-in signing for Chris Hemsworth in April 2021. I checked their order tracker in April 2022 and the order was “missing.” This made me super worried. I did email them and they told me the order wasn’t missing & that the signing would happen that fall. I did get my order in January 2023. So, for those keeping track, that took 18 months to get the item signed. I ordered a Beckett authentication (& spent extra for this) and they didn’t do it because during those 18 months they discontinued their relationship with Beckett and never told me. I used SWAU for a Robert Downey Jr send-in item in September 2021. I received my item back in April 2022. This was Beckett authenticated. Everything went GREAT! It was awesome. In 2021, I worked with someone at SWAU named Tom and had an awful experience. They lost my item. And for many, many months they had me waiting to see when or if they would give me a refund. In January, 2022, they did reimburse me for my item. But it took me contacting them many, many, many times to get it. So, would I use them again? Their convention authentication definitely is not as quick as JSA. The send-ins I’ve had are a mixed bag. One amazing, great experience. One mediocre experience. One awful experience.

I've been doing business with SWAU since day one. They have some incredible opportunities, and many first time signers. They pack items with care, using quality shipping materials. In addition to the signings, they have many other things for the hobby. Storage items, auctions, etc. Sometimes, hiccups happen. SWAU always takes the time to make things right. Highly reccommend!

Over the last three months i have contacted them several times through their website. I never get an answer. Very poor service. I emailed them again. Now 10 days later still no reply. Why do they not answer ??

Won a Harrison Ford Indiana Jones signature on the auction at a great price. Paid a little extra for the letter of authenticity which is fantastic and my signature was examined and graded by Pete Chuka. On the rear of the picture is also a Beckett witnessed hologram which also gives it that extra piece of authenticity. Superb service from SWAU and when my autograph was sent it took 3 days from US to UK. Will DEFO be using SWAU again!

The multiple times I’ve used SWAU was all experiences I had no issues with! For requests I had for example shipping speed & deadlines, they were very accommodating & specific with what needed to be done which all worked out well in the end. They were able to provide autographs to my collection that I didn’t expect I would have the opportunity in doing so. As well, they are able to provide much more than services to us when they have a variety of Facebook groups to connect with other collectors around the world, just the tip of the iceberg! I do recommend SWAU for potential new customers & I thank them for what they’ve done for us fans in various ways like private signings, conventions, forums, you name it!
