Hi Henry! Thank you so much for the 5-star review and constructive feedback. We’re always looking for ways to improve SweepJungle and are actively working on making our redemption process even faster. Best of luck on your next games! 🍀

Nice platform however they DO NOT PROCESS your redemption in a timely manner it's as of they'd like you to lose what you have won because you're waiting for it
Reply from SweepJungleJul 25, 2026
Hi there, We’re truly sorry that your redemption hasn’t been processed as quickly as it should and that this has left you feeling like we’d rather you lose what you’ve won while you wait. Our Responsible Gaming and redemption policies are designed to pay approved redemptions, not to prevent players from receiving their winnings; delays are usually tied to verification, volume or antifraud checks. Please reach out to our support team with your Player ID and details of this redemption so we can check the status, clarify what is causing the delay, and confirm the next steps towards completion.

It was great. Enjoyed it a lot until I won 680.00 then gave me some bullshit about my credentials. They were fine several other times. You tell me?
Reply from SweepJungleJul 26, 2026
Hi Tara! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your frustration, but we’d like to reassure you that being asked for additional verification does not mean there is any issue with your account or credentials. It is simply a standard security measure we perform to keep all payments and transactions fully safe. 💚

Not only was this by far the worst process of buying in and redeeming but they give you a headache like no other 😂😂😂 got it after 7 emails tho.. stay blessed 🙏

Hey there 🌿 Thank you for the honest feedback — we’re glad to hear your redemption was eventually completed, but we’re sorry that it took so many emails and felt like “the worst process” for you. Oour goal is to keep the process straightforward and to explain any extra steps up front. We’ll review your case internally to see where communication can be improved, and if you’d like to share your Player ID and timeline with support, we can look at it in more detail together.
