SweepJungle has great customer service. They are quick to respond and always helpful. The games are great and the website is always working with no glitches. One of the best social casinos in my opinion!

Dear Larry, It sounds like you’ve been on a bit of a "trek" through the jungle without finding the bonus treasure you were looking for, and we are so sorry for the frustration! 🌿 We know how exciting it is to hit a bonus round or see those extra features pop up, and it’s truly disappointing when the reels don't seem to be cooperating, especially after you’ve shown us so much support. While our games are powered by a Random Number Generator to ensure every single spin is fair and completely unpredictable, we never want our explorers to feel like they’re missing out on the fun. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can personally review your account and gameplay history. We want to make sure everything is working perfectly on your end and see if there’s anything we can do to help brighten your experience! We’re standing by and would love to hear from you. Warmly, The Sweepjungle Team 🐾

UPDATE: SweepJungle reached out after my review, approved my verification, and processed my withdrawal successfully. I appreciate their assistance in resolving the issue. That said, the initial verification process was confusing. I had already completed verification through Veriff and submitted a state-issued REAL ID compliant Commercial Driver’s License, which was initially rejected without clear explanation. The issue was resolved, but clearer communication about verification requirements would help improve the overall experience for users.
