Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience fell short of your expectations. Games featured by our Game Providers on the platform provide equal play conditions to all users. We have a wide selection of games available to explore, to find those you like best. Regarding the playthrough rules, we’d like to clarify that purchased funds carry a standard x1 requirement, while promotional/bonus funds have a x20 requirement (as outlined in our T&Cs). If you ever need support or have questions, our team is always ready to help.

This website is misleading and the playthrough is 10x. STAY AWAY.

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. When playing with SweepKing, your personal funds can be redeemed freely after a 1x playthrough. Bonus or promotional funds require a 20x playthrough as they are designed to enhance your gameplay rather than act as a freely redeemable balance, as clearly stated in our T&Cs (available both before and during registration). If you still have any questions or need help understanding the platform, please feel free to get in touch with our support team.

So far it has been a pleasure playing here. The site feels safe and fair and if you can’t find a game in here to keep you busy then it’s a lost cause because they have a ton of choices for you. I definitely recommend SweepKing.com if you like playing sweepstakes casinos.
