Has all my favorite games. Great looking app. I was surprised to get my redemption so quickly. They do what they say. Definitely a legit gaming app.

Thank you for the feedback. It's great to hear the platform includes the games you enjoy most and that the redemption experience matched your expectations. Knowing the experience delivered on what was promised is exactly the kind of feedback we strive for.

Been trying to redeem since yesterday, only got one response and no one has responded in chat but every redeem I have submitted has been denied Update: just asked for account closure. Played it all back because it’s ridiculous how quick they respond in other circumstances but not when it comes to a simple redeeming question

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We'd still like the opportunity to understand what happened and review your redemption attempts. We've reached out through Trustpilot's verification process and asked you to identify yourself so we can locate your account and investigate the issue. Once we're able to match the review to an account, we'll review the declined redemption requests and the communication history to better understand what occurred.

Was very excited about this site. Very happy with the promotional deals, instant redemption, and game selection. I bought 2 coin packages and played for a long time. I had gotten enough to redeem and was excited to try the instant redemption. I had figured I had played through more than enough promo coin to do so. I went to redeem but saw that out of my 100 dollars only 17 cents were eligible. I ended up betting recklessly to try and satisfy the astronomical play through requirements. I ended up still having 100$ after a while of pretty big bets. Went to check again and still wasn’t close. This ranking would have been a perfect one if not for this. I guess my advice for new players is maybe to try buying coin at normal value but I am to nervous to try this. Wish I didn’t spend the money when there’s other instant redemption casinos that are much fairer.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the promotional offers, game selection, and redemption experience overall. At the same time, we understand your frustration regarding the Bonus SC playthrough requirements and how difficult it can be to estimate progress during gameplay. Bonus SC promotions are subject to their respective playthrough terms, which can affect how much of a balance is immediately available for redemption. If you ever have questions about your current progress or balance calculations, our support team can provide a detailed breakdown. We appreciate you sharing both the positives and the areas where you feel the experience could be improved.

Sweepking social casino is one of the best platforms I've ever used. It was a very quick sign up process, including the kyc verification. They offer great reward incentives, your daily log in bonus depends on you. If you purchase gold coin packs you get your money's worth. From their extensive collection of slots; they also have a wide variety of table games and live games as well. Not to mention SAMEDAY PAYOUTS!!!! You can find your account with cash, debit/credit/ach bank transfer or CRYPTO. The win to lose ratio is in the player's favor. It's worth your time to at least explore their user friendly page. Enjoy and good luck!!!!
