The customer service is top-notch. I really like their approach—they are always willing to help with any questions that may arise. There are a few minor things that could be improved, but these are very minor points, and their kindness toward the customer more than makes up for them. Thank you.

Well the mattress I purchased was not good for me, I've had 4 spinal surgeries and gave it a try, the mattress itself is built great and is very comfortable, but not my comfort level, also the customer service team is absolutely amazing.

Awesome customer service! We purchased a Sweetnight mattress, it was delivered when they said and in perfect condition. The mattress was not a fit for me and my wife and unfortunately had to return it with no issues of the mattress return.They do stand by their customer satisfaction guarantee!

I ordered the 12" queen size whisper and a mattress topper. The items arrived on 2 different trucks 2 days apart. I was worried at first, but customer support responded quickly via email, and even called me to see if I had any more questions or concerns. The mattress is great quality for the price. My partner and I love our new mattress. We were looking for a hybrid mattress with a pillow top and we were really happy when we found the Twilight hybrid mattress from Sweet Night. For only $400, it’s a pretty good mattress and we have virtually no complaints. However, the biggest issue I could think of is the fact that it says it’s a 10-inch mattress but our mattress only rose to about 8 1/2-inches. That’s a bit of a bummer but it’s still a comfortable mattress. We are both side sleepers and we dislike memory foam, so we were looking for something that would be soft but not soft enough to swallow you whole. Luckily, we don’t have that problem and it’s been nice sleeping on our new bed. As far as the cooling feature goes, I haven’t really noticed it being any cooler than the bed I previously slept on, so I can’t say for certain if it works or not. It is nice not being able to feel my partner leave the bed in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, so that’s a nice perk. Overall, I would recommend these mattresses to anyone in need of an affordable mattress that’s comfortable and that has great quality.
