i ordered a engine it took forever to arrive and when i got it the engine had a blowen head gasket which they said isn't covered by the warranty. When i called back to try to resolve the problem, no answered the phone and when they did my issue was never addressed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Every phone conversation we have had has been a true disappointment. I have been in this business for over 25 years and have never had such poor service from any 1 staff. One of the phone conversations I had with your staff was simply trying to place an order via phone because of some questions I had. Your service rep was the worst I had seen yet. Very rude and had no time to help me with my decision to use your company. I have bought several engines from you because of price point but you have lost several engine sales to me because of pure lack of trying. I hope this finds the right person so that the right staff or proper training can be put in place.

I purchased a BMW 530i that the previous owner overheated and ruined the engine the rest of the car was in great shape so my girlfriend and I pulled the old one out and installed the one from SWengines.I have put over 4000 miles on it with no problems at all.

My mechanic called when the engine arrived at his shop and I rushed to see it. We were both impressed with the condition of it. It was clean and even had the clutch assembly with it. The engine has since been installed and the mustang is running great. Your engine has given a great car new life. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great service.

Bought a car with a bad motor. Rebuild estimates from 2500-$3500. Bought motor with 54K miles and a 3year 36K warranty for $1200. I paid $500 to have it installed. Owner loves her car again. Will definitely shop there again.

I am not pleased with the engine i received , wasn't the way they said it was going to be. cleaned , & checked .pieces were cracked, had a engine to a Standard engine which had to have work done on it to fit automatic. it was more of a storage type engine that was put away & saved for a sale .. my engine light came on all ready & have not checked the reason for it as of yet . if i didn't need my car would have done with out it , or if i could have got a new car. would have not bothered with it .. # 244546 my order number for a 1996 Toyota Tercel.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES OUT THERE, IT TOOK ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO GET THE ENGINE TO TEXAS BUT THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTH IT. THE ENGINE WAS COMPLETE AND CLEAN IT WAS JUST A GOOD ENGINE.
