Dear,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts — your concerns are completely understandable, and I want to address them clearly and respectfully.
First of all, your skepticism is legitimate.
In the crypto world there are, unfortunately, many platforms that make unrealistic promises or don’t operate transparently.
Being cautious is not a flaw, it’s wise — and we respect that.
That’s exactly why your review is a good opportunity for us to explain, in detail, what actually happened in your case and how our systems work.
1) What happened with your account and payment
After a thorough internal check, we can confirm that:
- Your account was automatically flagged by our anti-fraud system.
- Our system detected that you were not located in the United States.
- At the same time, a VPN/proxy connection was being used.
This combination is strictly prohibited under our compliance rules.
When such activity is detected, the payment is not simply ignored — it is frozen for security review.
Your payment was initiated and placed on hold by our system.
Your funds were not “lost”; they are frozen and can be refunded in full upon a proper request through our support channels.
Under normal circumstances, when a user connects from a restricted region and through a VPN/proxy, the account is subject to restriction or closure to comply with our legal obligations.
2) Why our anti-fraud system is so strict
This system is not there to make things difficult for honest users.
It exists to protect:
- the integrity of our platform,
- other customers’ accounts,
- and our ability to operate legally in the countries where we are allowed to.
It is designed to detect suspicious activity, fake accounts, geographic inconsistencies and anonymized traffic (VPN/proxy), which are very common vectors for abuse in the crypto industry.
By freezing transactions that don’t pass these checks, we reduce the risk of fraud and protect both our users and our infrastructure.
In other words: the same system that temporarily blocked your transaction is the one that keeps other users safe.
3) Refund and commercial gesture
Even though your connection and region did not comply with our rules, we are not interested in keeping anyone’s money in a situation that is unclear to them.
Your funds can be refunded in full, and we are prepared to:
- either help you regularize your situation (if legally possible), or
- process a complete refund of your frozen payment.
To do that, we simply need you to contact us via Live Chat or at [email protected] so we can verify your details securely and proceed.
4) On skepticism, negative reviews and Trustpilot
We fully understand why users may be cautious.
The crypto industry has seen many unsafe platforms, and people who have been disappointed before are often the ones who speak out the loudest — and that’s okay.
This is precisely why we use Trustpilot.
A few important points:
- We do not censor genuine negative reviews.
- When a company cannot match a reviewer to an actual customer record, Trustpilot may ask the reviewer for proof of experience.
- This can include an invoice, payment confirmation, order ID or other documentation.
This process applies to all companies, not just us.
It’s part of how Trustpilot ensures that reviews come from real users, not from people who never actually used the service.
We keep both positive and negative verified reviews because they are valuable.
Genuine negative reviews are not “bad” for us.
On the contrary, they:
- help us identify what needs improvement,
- allow us to clarify how our company really works,
- give us space to explain legal and compliance requirements that are too complex to detail on the main website,
- and provide more transparency for future users who are doing their research.
It allows us to clarify how we operate and give future users a more accurate picture of who we are.
