My order was mishandled and my request for only dry red wines was substituted with a various blend of different wines. The price was excellent but any price is too high when paying for something unwanted.

Some of the wines I received were less than ideal. This is the issue with online wine ordering - you don’t know what you’re going to receive (or able to select), until you find out it was a dud. Having said that, they did make ordering easy. Receiving was also a stumbling block. Not enough advance notification for a shipment requiring an adult signature to receive it.

The service was fine and I received my order easily but in the end I probably won't order from again as most of the wines were too sweet and syrupy. Out of the 18 bottles I enjoyed maybe 5 or 6.

Well first I decided to take a gamble with you guys since this experience was predicted on a gift thru Planet Fitness I chose to look into for my birthday. What started as a free gift I ended up paying for. It was cool 😎 and the experience was ok. When dealing with gifts such has this one can become apprehensive about the whole thing. IT'S DONE I DID IT!
