Swisco had the products I needed at a fare price and reasonable shipping costs. Everyone I talked to was very supportive and kind. They have real concern that their customers are getting the parts they need in the first order.

Repairing a bifold mirrored door required new guide rollers that were different than I was familiar with. I was able to match the photo to an item on Amazon, with a slight difference, that wasn't worth the free Prime shipping. I was able to find the exact match on Swisco and placed the order. Due to a typo in the email address, I couldn't locate my order. Sachalee sorted out my concerns quickly. The item arrived earlier than expected and I had it installed within minutes.
