Syncfusion is very responsive to technical support requests, and coding updates. The libraries work well, and there are lots of options for controls.

Our solution spans across both Xamarin and Blazor. Syncfusion's UI controls have been central in providing a professional UX to the end-user while maintaining a consistent approach for the developer experience. In addition, I have found their customer support to be excellent, providing quick and helpful responses to our queries.

In short, the most important thing is that a developer can rely on Syncfusion. Syncfusion has controls for every technology, a huge gallery of tools, and they are really well working controls/tools. The documentation is really good, you can just follow the instructions and make a complex scenario working in a few minutes (though documentation/examples need some improvements). Support (bugs/questions) is really good.

Using the WinUI3 components, especially the DataGrid and the TreeGrid - they are working stable and solid in our project. Had one or two bug reports and questions - the customer support is very skilled and was always able to understand my issue and help me out.
