TABReviews of tab.com

App all over the place , people who know can see the many changes, it used to be the pinnacle of betting platforms, no just like the others ,I would hate to be a shareholder, going to lose out big Time, the way they are carrying on , smells of virus, could change they have been the result of a hack

joke of a company have bet with them for years went to place a same game multi today as I do on sport only to be told my account has been blocked from putting on same game multi but I can use other bet types no reason given but I can appeal no idea what I'm appearing, if I'm not good enough for my bet to be taken then there not good enough to ever bet with them again no wonder there is a need for betting agencies.

TAB a thief's they have taken $ from my wife's account and wont let her withdraw it unless she heads to a TAB Venue. They have said its for security purposes. Regards my account they wouldnt give me a reason of why I cant put bets on, they said I have to right a formal letter disputing it.. but they didnt give me any information of what I am disputing. They also changed the 1 disposal bet and injury before half time rule in the Afl DURING THE MATCH. Do not use tab sports bet is 100x better

My husband died n August 2023. He used our combined email for his accontSo I had to usea gmail one which I don't really understand. I have askedon 3 occassins to use the account which is now mine only. They refuse to answer my questions of why can't I have the email which is now mine. I even ave comlined to their complaints department and NO ANSWER. Maybe it's because I am not a big gambler and they don't make a fortune out of me. They even sent him a statement 4/10/24 and I advised them of his death. Just making my life a lot harder than what it is. I don't need this rudeness.

I've been a long time punter of Vic Tab for nearly 40 yrs. For as long as i have played quaddies, I understand if one of your selections is scratched you get the substitute. My horse was scratched after my bet was placed. I had the field going in that leg. I was told I'm not eligible for the substitute horse to replace my scratched horse because I had the field. I've never heard of such nonsense. If I had a 10% return on my bet ticket then I should be getting a return of 20% if the substitute horse wins because I had it already in my field. This has always been the case since I've punted with Vic Tab. I have paid for the horse to be running prior to being scratched. I'm told by your manager team that it doesn't matter, you had the field. I'm not sure if common-sense is common but anyone would agree that you can't charge a person without there being some sort of compensation to the client. For example if I placed a Quaddie Fields of 10 horses in each leg 10×10×10×10=$10000 for a 100% return. If 5 horses ain't running in say last leg. It would of cost the punter $5000 instead of $10000. So does the punter lose $5000? A punter can't be charged for horses not running. That would be fraudulent. This is the second time this has happened to me over the last couple of years. On Vic Tab Website Scratching refunds All multi-leg bets such as Running Double, Daily Double, Quaddie and Big6 will receive the nominated substitute in place of the scratched runner at the jump of the relevant race. They try to use a clause that on a Feature Double punter forfeits investment. I said it's not a Feature Double it's a Quaddie. They tried to smooth it over with a bonus bets. I said you can stick that where the sun don't shine. Why would I continue to punt with this betting agency if I don't have confidence in it paying out it's customers correctly. Goodbye Vic Tab after 40 years.

the site is slow and unreliable, features ie. sky dont work - without a doubt the worst managed and run company in australia - if it wasnt a gambling site ( license to print money without government interference as long as we pay tax ) it wouldve went broke or bankrupt or both - it certainly hasnt broken any shareholder records since privatisation and is a joke

Melbourne cup signed up for a account $300 money in to bet Spent $190. $180 winnings 1 month later tried to get money out Gave $180 was told the remaining $110 has to be spent on bets, you can’t get your money back. Would not recommend them to my neighbours dog. Do not use TAB

Terrible. Caulfield cup finish straight to shitty Newcastle. Shame.
