My tablet case came sooner than projected. On opening, I noted a broken clip, took pics and sent to seller. They responded very quickly, viewed the pics, and sent a new case immediately. I would have been happy with the clip and directions.

The tablet case we ordered is excellent value, but the original order never arrived - the tracking info just ended with it having left China. Upon being contacted, customer support made sure we received a "replacement" case within a few days.

I ordered a case for my tablet online - which always concerns me. Unfortunately the case did not fit my tablet even though it advertised a 9-10 inch tablet. This company went above and beyond to be of service in returning the product complete with return postage! Their responses were prompt, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company for their service - which tells me their product must be worth a try as well.

there was a delay in delivery that was USPS's fault, not tablet2case. otherwise the case is all they said. and the backlight keyboard is great for typing in the dark.
