The original shipment was missing the shoulder strap. I received a reply from customer service within less than 24 hours. The missing piece was shipped immediately and received within 4 days. Customer service also followed up to make sure the issue had been settled. Bonus points because this all took place during holiday shopping time.

I bought two Cooper Cases (Tablet2Cases), one for me and one for my wife. The construction is excellent and works as expected. However, after a short time my wife's case had problems with the bluetooth connection. I contacted their customer support to detail the problem. I received a reply within 12 hours suggesting a fix. I tried the fix but it didn't work so I contacted them again. I heard back again with 12 hours and a new case is being sent out for my wife's iPad. The customer support person's name is Curtis and he was very professional and friendly. I can't say enough good things about the support I received. Despite the one problem we have we still highly recommend this case for the iPad.
