Customer service?
I ordered and received a Lews spinning reel. it came with no manual or paperwork. i called customer service and they said they couldn't help me, send it back if i needed the paperwork. Come on!

Couple issues first, love how you order something then the next day, we're sorry this product is out of stock. And why do they send spam email of their merchandise? That's clearly outta stock. Like why waste my time

Ordered a Gift card two weeks ago
Ordered a Gift card two weeks ago. I haven't received it, and all anyone can tell me is, it was mailed. Second time I've had very slow service with this company. There won't be a third.

Difficulty in trying to order
Difficulty in trying to order. Sent an email telling them if the issue but received no response. Their Customer Service is as poor as it gets.
