They had a copy of my previous order, so I was able to get the same size, which I greatly appreciated. They sent out my order with a slight delay, which I had asked for, since I was out of town. They have a great customer service, with a personal touch!

Advertises free shipping but if you return an item (at your expense) they deduct shipping off your return so you get dinged both ways. TL:DR their free shipping isn't really free.

Fast shipping and a nice web site Students and instructors agree, these headsets are a game changer for lessons. Over ear is piece is secure and comfortable, even when wearing a helmet. Two way range is great no issues in the dressage arena.

They were responsive when I ordered something in a color that was out of stock - immediately texting me to inform me and to ask if I'd be ok with another color that was in stock and available for immediate shipment. I appreciate their reaching out rather than waiting a good while for the product.
