Ultra has been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made. The product is overpriced, the delivery time is absolutely ridiculous, and the subscription feels intentionally designed to make it difficult to cancel. Waiting 3 weeks or more for a product that you can literally walk into a local gas station and buy for a better price is absurd. You’re paying more money for the exact same product and then waiting weeks to receive it. What exactly are you paying extra for? The subscription experience makes things even worse. It feels unnecessarily complicated to cancel, which gives the whole experience a pretty scammy impression. A company should be confident enough in its product to retain customers without making it a hassle to stop recurring charges. Here’s my advice: save yourself the money, skip the subscription, and buy your pouches at a local gas station. You’ll get the same product, often for less money, and you won’t be sitting around waiting three weeks or longer for delivery. Between the inflated pricing, painfully slow shipping, and frustrating subscription cancellation process, I can’t recommend Ultra to anyone. There are easier, cheaper, and faster ways to get the exact same thing. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

hard to order, even harder to cancel the forced subscription... very misleading in every step of the transactional process... they make you subscribe and buy several cans in order to arrive at a reasonable price than tack on a number of ancillary charges. then to cancel it takes reading each misleading step very careful. cancelation process seems incredibly redundant and misleading to force mistakes or buyer fatigue until you succumb to keeping the subsciption. the actual product is nominally effective. drink a cup of coffee instead... has more of an effect with less of a pain in the ass process to get uncommitted from a minimally 45 dollar a month commitment

I got diarrhea and tried to use with less time (5 minutes in mouth), still got diarrhea. Threw two cans away. Later I get 3 more packs though I signed up for single purchase I got put on subscription!!! I asked for refund ofnun opened 3 packages and they said all sales final!! Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered Ultra pouches and received them which took 2 weeks for starters. I moved my subscription to 12 weeks since I got 6 cans, that was September 2nd. On September 30th I was charged again for another 6. Customer service basically said tough luck because the order was already on its way. They can't do math and they will not make it right. Stay away from these shady characters.

I can't believe this heist still exists. I placed my order and got charged five more times after the order was completed. I never received any pouch after paying 5x more

Be careful subscribing. There is no option on their website to cancel, you can only skip orders. You hsve to email them. I emailed them in September canceling my subscription. They still shipped and billed me in October. I sent another email within hours of receiving confirmation of a charge from my bank asking why it was processed. The reply i received indicated that they never received my cancellation email and couldn't cancel the current order because it has been hours since billing me and all sales are final. And it was a Saturday. No carrier in the US is picking up orders on Saturday unless it's expedited 2 day. Which in the case it was not. This is a below average over priced product. If you're looking for something that truly enhances cognition, go with MRDR pouches.

They won’t let me cancel. There are no options to and when I try to cancel, it glitches. I’ve been trying to cancel for months and have been talking to customer service about canceling for well over a month but they keep charging. Stay away from this scam!

I bought their product once from an IG ad. Hated it. There was no discernable option for a monthly subscription when I purchased it so I thought there would be no other business with them and no future order to cancel. But a month later they charge me for a reoccurrance of the order, minus the discount, without permission or warning. This is an unauthorized use of consumer financial info. Its theft. When I emailed TO CANCEL THE ORDER THEY MADE FOR ME and offer to mail their package back and get a refund they refused claiming that edible products cant be returned. So its deliberate. I had this happen once years ago with an online company. I wrote the federal agency overseeing their license, did a charge back, and got them fined. Then the state they were located in conducted a class action lawsuit and put them out of business. Who would like to join a class action settlement against "takeUltra", or Ultra Inc, with me? They're located in Brooklyn, so maybe an NYC legal firm would like to make some money??
