Jennifer Harmon was my customer service representative today. She handled several issues for me quickly and pleasantly. I say pleasantly because when we started I was frustrated and angry. She quickly helped sort out the issues, and correct everything that needed correcting. Although I could not see her face, it sounded like she had a smile on her face the entire time!
