The only reason I rated 4/5 stars is due to the fact that my first order was stuck someone for a month. Once I realized I hadn't received my order, I reached out to the company. I received an immediate response and they re-ordered my product. This time it arrived on time. I am really enjoying my new toothbrush and loving that it is self cleaning.

I like the UV cleaning. When I received my order, one of the toothbrushes was open, but the other two were still sealed. I'm older, and it's often difficult to navigate websites to email or chat, so I called as the brochure states to talk to someone live and was redirected by message to email. I still haven't figured it out. You can call me at 510.377.0663 if someone is so inclined. I also want to know how to order the case for the travel sanitizer

I have been using sonic tooth brush with UV chamber for MANY years. My wife bought this and liked so I decided it was time to modernize and I'm glad I did. The sonic frequency on this is WAY higher than my old ones and it is so much easier to use as I do not have to take off the brush head to disinfect every time and then put back on to use. I do wish it had pressure sensor like some others though as I can be a bit rough if I'm in a hurry.

The TAO Clean makes your mouth feel clean and refreshed. I have just started using it. It is great so far. I like the was the brush fits into the base and is sanitized.
