I have dry mouth a lot with my cpap, plus I wear a mouth guard during sleep and regular toothbrushing was not getting the residue off of my teeth in the morning. I love my Tao; its like I just got my teeth cleaned at the dentist. I am using the sensitive setting since I have a few sensitive areas, but it works so well. My teeth feel professionally cleaned after every TAO brushing.

I’m glad that my claim was finally resolved. It shouldn’t have taken over four months ti receive a new sanitizer and brush.

As a cancer patient I really like this toothbrush! I like the timer for the four mouth brushing/cleaning quandrants, I like the gentle bristles of the whitening/cleaning brush heads, I like the sanitizing function of the charger/toothbrush dock, and I like how the toothbrush looks on the vanity next to the sink. I'm very happy that I made this purchase.

I need to know whether this will affect my enamel on my teeth- it is very aggressive. Please let me know Thank you Paula

I contact Tao due to a problem I was having with my Tao toothbrush. They asked me to send them pictures of the problem and then they sent out a whole new unit. The problem was handled quickly and I received the replacement within just a few days.

I love how clean my teeth feel after using the brush. It did take me a couple of days to get used to the vibration but nothing but good now!

I contacted hoping to purchase a new brush to go along w my base and they worked to handle under warranty even though I knew I didn't have everything needed to comply. Received the new one and it works great.

It seems like it's a typical electric toothbrush i could get for $25. It doesn't feel like it's doing anything special. My teeth aren't any cleaner than a regular toothbrush. I don't like that it has to be plugged in and it takes up a lot of space!
