I do like the way my teeth feel after brushing and love knowing the toothbrush is being sanitized after every use. I was a bit disappointed that the unit needs to stay plugged in constantly and the need to clean it weekly.

Customer Service is excellent. The toothbrush has whiten my teeth in five days very pleased. It has a sensitive version and the toothbrush does the work you don’t even have to scrub. You just hold the toothbrush there it cleans everything especially my back teeth. I have generally white teeth but I could not get the back of my teeth to whiten and it whiten them with just this brush. I have no complaints. My only complaint is that they charge for shipping no matter how many toothbrushes you buy whether you buy one toothbrush or four toothbrushes they’re going to charge you for shipping. That’s the only negative, but I love their toothbrush. It is better than the Oral-B I’ve own two different models of the Oral-B and it can’t even compare I’ve own Oral-B toothbrushes for years and I always buy new ones and I can honestly say I’ve never had this form of efficacious cleaning.

Sounds like you’re in a dentist office and my teeth definitely are white Not sure what to do with the pencils the whitening pen, pencils if you could clarify that for me, that would be a blessing thank you
