Still love my TAO toothbrush despite initial faulty issues with charging base. Emailed their Customer Service and recvd a quick reply asking for additional info. Followed up after a week with another video showing persisting problem as no further update was recvd. CS agent replied immediately and apologized for the delayed response and assured she will follow through with the appropriate department. Recvd tracking info for replacement charger within the day and item was delivered after a few days. Great product and wonderful Customer Service! Thank you.

Initially, I had sensitive area but after using TAO toothbrush the sensitivity has decreased significantly. My gums appear healthier and my teeth feel cleaner thru out the day . Thanks for your great product .

Toothbrush glides well, not abrasive and kind on gums. Have not used tooth whitening yet. Gives a thorough clean

I am extremely happy, I have purchased from a referral from a friend. Didn’t realize I was pre purchasing a new color And I wanted to make sure I had my TAO for my overseas trip. Customer Service was super friendly and bumped up my shipping date so I could take my new TAO with me to Italy. Wonderful experience and the communication was excellent.

Worked in dental for years. This is the best toothbrush I have ever used. Where do I begin? The timer in between cleaners are a great reminder for each quadrant. The brush itself is comfortable and not too hard. Love the sanitizer container! Even had the little nightlight when entering the bathroom at night. Also, the way your teeth feel when you are done … fresh and clean … two weeks in and are receiving compliments on my teeth. My husband has received compliments, too. At first, he was skeptical. But, he just had to get used to it. We both are fans and will spread the news!!
