My travel TAO does not work. I have checked batteries numerous times. I have 2 other TAO brushes & travel case and they are perfect. What do I do to return and get a replacement.

I love the product. It cleans aggressively, but in a gentle manner, if that makes sense? The shipping company's tracking was ridiculous: it was on its way, out for delivery, then it was over 100mi away from my house. It delivered a few days later with no notice and NO tracking. Weird.

The multiple speeds are terrific. I have a tooth that becomes sensitive every so often and the TAO is perfect. Thank you.

Well I love the ease of using this toothbrush and because it's sanitized it just makes you feel like you're doing everything you can for your teeth and your health. It is a small brush so you feel like you're being able to get into all the crevices in your teeth thoroughly. Additionally, they have rockstar customer service. I just had an issue with something that I didn't understand and they were right on it, and followed up to make sure everything was still okay. Very impressed with this company and highly recommended it.

My teeth feel cleaner than they have in a while! I'm glad it had a sensitive setting as well.

From the very beginning when I ordered my toothbrush everyone was very helpful. My questions were answered directly by the employees from the company. I like both speeds of the toothbrush and I use them both. My teeth actually feel cleaner than my other toothbrush the Philips Sonicare one that I have used for years. Plus the Sonicare one started to smell! I decided it was a good time to switch. I like the idea of my Tao toothbrush having the UV-C BioShield base that sanitizes and dries the brush head. I have recommended this brush to many of my friends in their 60’s! Many of them didn’t know about it.
