We preordered our TAO toothbrushes so we waited a few weeks to receive them. But, we love them so far! Our teeth feel super clean! The toothbrush motor is not too loud and seems very effective. Very pleased so far!

It came really quickly. It was packaged well. Got a great deal. And I absolutely love the toothbrush. Makes me feel so good to know it's getting cleaned everyday and it makes my teeth feel amazing. This was a really good purchase.

The brush seems to be very efficient. It is rather bulky and the charger takes up too much room on the bathroom vanity. My wife's TAO purchased October 2025 , failed around Christmas 2025. She did'nt tell me and ended up throwing it away in disgust. Now my newly purchased TAO failed on holiday in Maine forcing me to use a toothbrush. Unacceptable. I am demanding a refund . Please send an RMA label to return this unit asap. Jeremy. I am hoping my TAO lasts a lifetime.

The ordering process was clear and simple. I received my product quickly and it meets and exceeds all my expectations. I truly feel like I’ve just had my teeth professionally cleaned after each brushing! And I can see that my teeth are getting whiter. I honestly never thought choosing the right toothbrush was a big deal but I see now there IS a difference.
