The unit itself is nice and fits well on my bathroom counter. The toothbrush vibration tickles quite a lot, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I'm wondering now whether the whitening I'm supposed to expect in the first two weeks of using it it from the actual toothbrush or from the whitening pens that came with it as a bonus. Also, how often am I going to have to reorder replacement toothbrush heads?

A few months ago, I began to think about getting an electric toothbrush. I checked various top-named brands, but quite honestly, didn't want to pay so much for the ones that I thought would meet my cleaning standards. Then, I read about the Tao Clean brush, and the description seemed to call my name. I thought I would order one and see how it worked - if it lived up to the hype. It has. My teeth feel so clean after use. They also look brighter and whiter. I really like how it operates to deep clean between teeth and treat my gums. Not necessarily crucial to the dental power of the brush, but it looks quite nice on my bathroom counter. So far, no negatives I can think of! I can't wait to see my dental hygienist in two weeks!

Love the product right out of the box. The toothbrush works as described and cleans much better that my old electric toothbrush. We did notice that our order was short. Reached out to customer service. Verified what we ordered vs. what we received, and the missing component was shipped and received within a week. Very happy with how my concern was addressed.

I love my TAO toothbrush. I feel the higher vibration setting does a better job of cleaning my teeth.

I thought this product might be exaggerated but I was proven wrong. A little strange but exactly like the water pick cleaner at my dentist. My teeth are not filmy in the morning they feel clean likewise later in the day. Can’t wait to see what my hygienist has to say
