I received my Tao clean but decided I wanted to return it, not because it doesn’t work but because I don't like the fact that it must be plugged in at all times. I’ve request a return and refund but am still waiting for them to respond. According to the website there is a 30 day no questions asked return policy. I don’t understand what could be taking so long to process a return. Hopefully I hear something soon otherwise that was a big waste of money. UPDATE. I received a partial refund from the company.

Buy this brush!!! Teeth are white and cleaner!! I no longer have to cover my brush! It’s always sanitized. Excellent product, packaging was very good as well!! Love it!!

i did not expect Tao to replace my set after my holder won’t lit anymore. I got it a week after i called to reorder and didn’t have to pay a cent. Tao proved itself to be a respectable company. More power to TAO.

There are great things and not so great things: The cradle is a bit large and I wish I didn’t have to leave it plugged in all day but I do really like that it’ll sanitize my toothbrush and that it has a 2 minute timer that also pauses when it’s time to move areas while I am brushing my teeth. Ha! I tend to zone out when I am really sleepy and I will be brushing my teeth for like 10 minutes straight.
