I like it! The instruction videos were very helpful. It's asethically pleasing in my bathroom and works well. I look forward to trying the whitener. An overall good purchase!

Requesting a new base only took a few minutes to diagnose online, and my new base unit was on the way. No request for more info, etc. Just quick, excellent customer service.

I purchased a two set of TAO toothbrushes. I was so excited when they arrived! Mine has been wonderful but after two weeks my husband’s base just died! No light, no charge! I contacted the company and sent videos and explanations about the problem. This began on 8/7. I have been told repeatedly that “their team” would contact me. This is just unacceptable!!! I have to alternate charging my toothbrush and my husband’s! Has anyone else had this problem? We really liked the toothbrush but this customer service sucks😡

My TAO toothbrush is working great. It seems to go faster than my previous toothbrush. I like the choice of speed if you aren’t used to using one. The way it sits in the holder is nice so the brush can drain off if needed when drying. My old one sat the opposite way and it used to get nasty where the head connects to the handle and you need to pull it apart to clean it up.
