The customer service representative that helped me change from the Sandstone color to London Fog was so nice and very helpful. I’m very pleased with the color she suggested rather than the white I was going to switch to. She honored the extra discount, had it shipped and I received it three days later. Shame I didn’t catch her name but hope she gets the acknowledgement as to why I’m happy with my purchase. So far I like the Tao toothbrush and hope it lives up to its promises to whiten and brighten my teeth in time, as well as disinfecting the toothbrush.
