I love the look and it feels like it's doing a good job at cleaning. I also get a lot of compliments on it....... The only thing is I wish I would have picked a different color. I wasn't thinking about my color scheme when I ordered.....there's probably nothing I can do about that now right? if there is, please advise me. Otherwise I am still 100% satisfied with the color exception. :). Thank you for listening....

I love my Tao toothbrush and the customer service was great for the first order I received did not work and I contacted customer support and they sent out a new one they were very helpful

Fast shipping, great tracking and wonderful product. I have been working in the dental field for 40 years and this is an amazing toothbrush system.

Their customer service is terrible. I have tried for 2 weeks, through email , phone call , chat to resolve a problem with my toothbrush. I finally decided to just send it back and still can’t get any help. People will chat and then say a member of our team will email you… NOTHING!!! I’m so frustrated. I would not advise buying anything from this company. You can’t even go on their website and set up a return!

The shipping was faster than I expected! I really like the way the brush makes my teeth feel so clean. It takes getting used to the BUZZZZZ, but it's a great product! So glad I got it now!

My teeth feel cleaner. It did take a while to get used to using an electric toothbrush. The vibration in my mouth kinda tickles my gums. I’m getting used to it though.
