I have been using it a week now and love my toothbrush! It fits nicely my medicine cabinet where it is plugged in . ( I have an electric outlet inside my medicine cabinet). It does feel extra clean , like you just had your teeth cleaned! I also use a water pik so I'm excited to see if my dentist notices a difference. My teeth do seem whiter, I am trying the whiter stick as well. Very happy!

I like the toothbrush although I find the brush very soft. I also was a little disappointed that there was only 2 speeds - I expected more such as something for deep cleaning and something for gums

Wish my cord would work better. Have to wiggle it and hope it works for the disinfectant toothbrush holder. I would’ve given 5 stars. I wrote an email the day I received it and didn’t get a response, so that is why only 3 stars. The cord I believe has a short in it. I’ll fix my review if we can find a solution to the problem. I’m using the portable one that takes batteries at the moment. But I paid for the big one. Update: no one has reached out and it is now July 12.

Updates on the order. Easy to use & set up. First time use I cldnt believe how strong & thorough the toothbrushing experience was. WOW amazing clean. Definitely agree equivalent to leaving the dentist after a cleaning. I love this toothbrush so much I already have scheduled to order more for my family. I 💯 % agree my next dental visit is going to be EXCELLENT due to the speed of the Tao toothbrush. I’ve always covered my toothbrush but this brings the killing of bacteria & having a clean toothbrush every use to the top level. Very happy with my purchase of this new toothbrush.

I have purchased several electric toothbrushes during my life but this one beats them all hands down. I like the way it cleans my teeth and the product is top quality. I highly recommend TAO to anyone that likes electric toothbrushes.

I like the looks and the brush action

This is the second set I have ordered. I am gifting it to my daughter. While I cannot speak to this particular order, other than delivery, which was much sooner than expected, my first TAO set is being enjoyed every day, 2-3 times per day! Love Squeaky-clean teeth! That is exactly why I ordered a second set to give as a gift.
