My Tao clean arrived quickly! It looks just like the pictures on the order site! Love the free gifts- used the travel cleaner (powered by batteries) on my last camping trip to the mountains. It feels good in my hand and is not loud. My teeth feel so clean when I am finished brushing. So thankful I purchased this quality product!

Experience in delivery was fast. Enjoying the toothbrush. I brought 3 . One for me and two others for my daughter and her boyfriend. We both had been seeing them on Facebook. They were excited to receive it as a gift.

So far we ( got one for myself and hubby) love the toothbrush. But we were a little disappointed that we received only one travel container for 2 units. Had we ordered separately, we both would have received the free gifts that came with the unit.

I may have already submitted a review but this product is so good I’m going to rave . My only disappointment was I did not receive the whitening pens .

The company shipped exactly when they said they would and arrived precisely on time. What a welcome change from many other companies. So far I've only used it twice but a very nice experience. I like the little timer feature too.

I had a problem with the unit when I got it out of the box I contacted you and you worked with me to either refund or send a replacement I chose replacement. An extenuating circumstance prevented me from sending the defective item back Promptly but I was able to get it shipped back easily. Got an email the next day verifying my return and the following day an email indicating the replacement was being processed and regular notifications on status and received my replacement yesterday . Excellent customer service!!!
