The customer care experience from Tao is extraordinary! They really went above and beyond for me. They stood behind their product as promised. The product is outstanding. I love how it’s sanitize the toothbrush. The toothbrush itself has a lot of power to it. I bought the lavender unit. It’s so pretty. 🤩

Just a beautiful product that really cleans my teeth gently but efficiently. Also the only brush I've ever had that is kind to my gums leaving my whole mouth refreshed as in after a visit to the hygienist but without the discomfort. Thank you very much. Brilliant service. Highly recommend.

New and Pretty! I was ready for a new toothbrush, and I loved the light blue one. It's everything and more that it claims to be! It's not so rough that it hurts, but the brush heads get the job done! I finish off with my hand held flosser. Loved the blue one so much, I recently bought a green one for my mountain home. Absolutely NO regrets at all well worth the money, the goodies that come with are so nice and I love the travel thingie. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Kept me updated on delivery. Package very nicely. Just disappointed that 2 sets of extras was not sent. A set of extras for every toothbrush set ordered.
