The ordering and delivery went smoothly. It did take me a while to get used to the brush, though - the first time I used it, all I could do was giggle because it was so very tickly on my lips and tongue. My previous motorized toothbrush had a round brush that spun around. This one is the regular rectangle shape and it just vibrates like heck. I loved the idea of the brush head being protected, which was why I ordered it. Not sure if this will be my main toothbrush, but it will definitely make me laugh.

I order new brushes every few months. Always comes quickly. I believe I've used this toothbrush for two years now (perhaps 3). I love it. It is the best I've ever used. I continue to receive great comments from the dental hygienist about how clean, strong, and great my teeth and gums are. By the way, I love the packaging!
