Love the toothbrush, only complaint is the toothbrush head falls off while brushing

I really love the way my teeth feel after brushing. The auto timer is great.

I received it quicker than expected. It's too early to tell if it will make a difference. I like the brush size, my other brush was a bit smaller. I will be traveling soon, so it's nice to have the travel size to take with me.

I have not received my order yet. I have been waiting 6 weeks.

Sadly, my first Tao Orbital Facial Brush died a bit too early, but due to Tao's awesome warranty, they immediately mailed me another! My new one is working wonderfully, and I couldn't be happier! Customer service was fabulous to work with. Just filled out their online warranty form, and they immediately contacted me back regarding mailing address. Fast and flawless service! They have definitely earned my respect!

1.) Support service sucked. I’ve emailed them 3 times about returning the product to no avail. Leaving me wondering if the support contact provided was incorrect or simply being ignored. For the 4th attempt, I finally sent a text message. The next day, Someone finally responded to my email. Most companies at least have an automated system that lets you know your inquiry was received. It’s some form of courtesy Tao Clean Support Service didn’t have. 2.) Return policy Sucked! Please read it first before purchasing. They will charge the customer the shipping cost they incurred for shipping the product to you. And the customer will also pay for shipping cost to return the product. 3.) The product itself: the vibration of the toothbrush is in full blast that it actually hurts when the brush head hits your teeth. It bangs your teeth/veneers/caps so hard multiple times that it feels like I would end up with chipped tooth or broken veneer and caps. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

The vibration is so much better than my Sonic Care, it doesn’t make your mouth feel numb from the vibration. Mouth feels so much cleaner.
