It's just okay. I love the concept but the shape of the toothbrush just isn't for me. It seems very skinny.

This company truly knows the meaning behind customer service! My Tao diamond toothbrush wasn’t holding a charge. Through email correspondence, it was determined that my device was still under warranty. I now have a new device and only paid shipping. I could not be more please with TAO Clean! Great job!!’n

I pre ordered the color I wanted and it was delivered exactly at the time it was promised. From the first use i noticed how much cleaner my teeth felt compared to manual brushing. As someone else noted, I wish the plug for the wall wasn’t so big, it sticks out quite a bit. Hopefully in the future they will find a more compact way to power the unit.
