I let them know the brushes that came were not soft on my teeth and I told them I needed soft brushes or I would need to return the whole unit. They sent me soft brushes and now I'm able to use the product. Im 71 and just can't use hard brushes. I appreciate that they fixed this so quickly.

I like my Tao Pauses every 15 seconds to let you know to move onto the next section. I like that I can keep the charger plugged in so that my toothbrush gets sterilized with ultraviolet light every time I use it

Excellent service as it actually arrived a few days early as I had chosen the delayed delivery to save an additional 10% on my already discounted price. Works great and even looks good on the shelf in the bathroom.

Even though I had to wait a bit the price of $99.00 was worth it. My teeth had always been hard to clean I had a dental cleaning 4 times a year. But now it’s only 3, my dentist was impressed. I had a strong gag reflex and couldn’t do my back teeth. But with your heads I can now brush my back teeth and behind my teeth. My sisters want one now waiting for them to go back on sale.
