the one thing that is great about the product is that it sanitize my toothbrush after i finish brushing my teeth. I leave the toothbrush in the bathroom and when people use the toilet and smell us the place. i know that if i use my toothbrush that I don't have to worry if my toothbrush will be clean. It clean and sanitized and i am ready to brush with no worries about cleanliness.

I am really loving the toothbrush so far. My teeth feel so clean. Today my husband said how white my teeth are & now wants to use it too! It is a fabulous design & really works well!

TAO delivered on time and were very professional I lobe all,of the different colors and the fact that it sanitizes the brush after each use.

I love the toothbrush, the timer and way my teeth feel like I just got home from the dentist. I would prefer to have the base be battery operated as well. Having the base plugged in on my bathroom counter proves a bit difficult.

I was looking for a new toothbrush when I saw the advertisement for the TAO toothbrush so I decided to order it. It took me about a week to get used to it because it is mighty powerful, but my teeth feels so clean just like I have left the dentist. I would definitely recommend this toothbrush for anyone that has problems with the plaque. I have a little bit, but not a lot. I can’t wait to go to the dentist and see what my results is from this toothbrush I would definitely recommend it for anybody.

Tried to take advantage of a sale that offered a discounted price if I bought two. Total should have been $200CDN. But when I get to check-out page it was $398. Contacted customer service who told me - each time I reached out to THEM (cause they certainly were not proactive about this), I was told it was a "hiccup", that if I cleared my cache and cookies it would resolve the issue, and my favourite was that $398 was the exchange rate from CDN to US - basic math would tell any one that $150 U.S. does not convert to $398 CDN. Obviously one little order means absolutely nothing to them. Glad I found this out before they actually got my money.

My unit stopped working after 4 uses. Directions were followed. Gave 2 days to charge. Still no movement.

I have used my TAO brush for years since they were a hidden secret, and I've absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, I had to replace it after several years and did so without knowing about their lifetime warranty. I just bought another one, and had a problem with it too soon, so I contacted TAO. They immediately replaced it, and I'm back in business again. I'm very impressed with this company, and I was able, due to switching to the TAO electric toothbrush, to avoid the need for gum surgery. I am always complimented by my hygienist on what a great job I do on my teeth. I never admit that I actually do a pretty lousy job most of the time, but the toothbrush seems to make up for that! If I had the money, everyone I know would switch to a TAO! They are truly awesome, and I love putting it away knowing that it is going to be sterilized before the next time I use it!
