Awesome toothbrush and mechanics! Love the charging and self cleaning. I have always been a UVC fan and to see it incorporated into my toothbrush is amazing!

This group has the worst customer service. I purchased three units for Christmas 2025 and one of the units stopped working after three days of use. My emails were answered by a bot which did not address my issues. Calling is a joke. After talking to a representative I was sent an email to troubleshoot the unit and instructed to send them a video showing me doing such. My emails are answered by a bot. My phone calls after being on hold are disconnected. No one is calling me back after messages are left. I purchased these units totaling over $350 with shipping and can’t get a resolution to my problems. Also the brushing actions. I have had better from a Walmart battery operated toothbrush.

I love this toothbrush. I have had it 2 months feel it is the best tooth brush I have ever had. I have not had any dealings with the company so I cannot speak to that.

I wanted to cancel my order. I contacted them the day I placed the order. Called once, no answer. Emailed 3 times, no answer until 1 week later. They could not cancel the order. They instructed me to decline the order and have it sent back. Not sure I can trust them to return my money $350.00. Very unreliable.

Purchased this sleek product advertised as a very efficient and quality electric toothbrush. After a few months the base would not charge and I am currently unable to repair it. Reached out to Taoclean twice and there was no response. Very dissatisfied with this product and customer service.

Bait and switch pricing. False advertising pricing. Advertise one price, then get to checkout and price goes up over $30. Contact customer service they don't fix it or issue credit for discrepancy. Customer NO service. Very pissed off.

The sound irritated my ears. I tried to return it but navigating the return site was very difficult. I decided to keep it but am unhappy. I hope others are more pleased than I am.
