I like the toothbrush very much and it performs well and my teeth feel much cleaner. It took a day or so to get used to an electric toothbrush as I hadn't had one like this before it does move quickly. The only thing I would love is if the main charging/sanitizing holder didn't always have to be plugged in and it would sanitize only on a charge. But overall, very happy.

The toothbrush vibration is a surprise to the gums. It takes some time to adjust to the motion, much stronger than my regular electrical toothbrush.

The toothbrush was everything they claimed it to be, came with everything needed to charge it up and use it, included extra accessories, was well packaged, and shipped quickly. I couldn't ask for a much better buying experience than that.

The toothbrush itself works well and I really like the design. What was not clear when i purchased it is that it must be dried off after each use before putting into the stand - maybe that's obvious but missed that. If you don't do this, the inside of the stand and the area underneath it will quickly become a disgusting mess. Bad surprise! Also, the handle of my TAO brush (light aqua or seafoam) has discolored and looks terrible. If I had known this was a possibility I would have ordered a different color. Reordering new heads was very easy and delivery was quick!
