I don't like the brush head on this. Compared to the electric toothbrush I previously had, which was round and moved in circles, this one is really strange. I don't think it gets my teeth nearly as clean as my old one. That's a lot of money to pay for something that feels so strange.

I was not happy, I was looking for a new toothbrush I have my sonics Phillips toothbrush for years and wanted to try something new. Saw an advertisement on one of the medias and decided to buy it. The shipping was fine. It was too big to put in the same spot as my old toothbrush, disappointing, and the core did not reach to the plug-in. The toothbrush itself was too soft and did not reach all the areas that I was already getting before at this point, I just want to return it just not for me.

I was given the time frame to expect this package, and it came early! I love the clean I get from the toothbrush, and I am hopeful that my stained teeth will get whiter as I use it with the whitening pens.

Updated review: TaoClean's great customer service has reached out to me and sent me sensitive brush heads for my two TaoCleans I purchased. They sent them quickly and rectified the matter very kindly. I'm super happy now and have upgraded my review to a 5 star! Old review: I love the idea of the sanitizer. I would love if the unit could be smaller. Sadly the stiffness of the brushes is too hard. I'm a sonicare user and the stiffness of their bristles is perfect. It is for this reason that I gave you a 4 star review.
