I placed and won a bet tonight on iconic roulette, I place a second also winning bet and notice my balance is 0. The first round is apparently still pending several hours later and the second has no record. My taosweeps ledger shows no activity for today and there is an escalation to the technical team apparently. That took some time to convince chat that the last ledger entries they were looking at were from 4 days ago, not todays activity. Will edit depending on the resolution, but can't recommend anyone deposit or play here with bugs like this around

Extremely disappointed with this online casino platform. I have been reaching out for days and keep getting the same response — that they are ‘taking care of it.’ But nothing has actually been done. I submitted all requested documents for a manual review within the hour they asked — did everything on my end promptly. I was told it would take 3 days. It’s now been 5 days and I have received zero follow-up, zero updates, and zero communication. On top of that, my case was escalated to their financial department and they have never once reached out. I’ve had to keep chasing them myself, only to be told they are ‘taking care of it’ — but clearly they are not. The pattern here is clear: reassure the customer, do nothing, repeat. If you are considering using this platform, beware — when it comes to anything financial, do not expect timely communication or results. Highly dissatisfied. Do not recommend.

Currently have had the best time since last night on Tao Sweeps. Have been on their sister site LuckyRush and enjoyed my time there too but this one has paid me out more by thousands. Currently up 10k and if things go like LuckyRush, I’m expecting their redemption to be just as fast (5k max per wait isn’t bad at all compared to FreeSpin where it’s 2.5k and takes a whole week before redemption even gets approved). On my first spin on Le Bandit I won $700 on a .60 cent bet, then 2100x on $4… this place is legit!

okay until you win. then they reject your redemptions. edit: you will see a reply from taosweeps. I had verified and provided all of my information in the past. I had just won too much and they decided to reject my redemption and take some of the money.

Hi Sophie, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Redemptions can be rejected if required verification documents haven’t been completed. This typically includes uploading a photo of your card (with sensitive details protected) or a bank statement to confirm ownership. These steps are in place to ensure funds are sent to the correct account and to protect all players from fraud. If you’re still having trouble or haven’t received your redemption, please reach out to us directly via email or live chat and our team will review your case and assist you right away. We’re here to help and make sure everything gets resolved as quickly as possible.

I'm on day 6 waiting for a instant redemption.
Reply from Tao Sweeps: Social Casino & Fish TablesApr 15, 2026
Hi Adrienne, we’re sorry for the delay and understand how frustrating that can be. Instant redemptions are typically processed immediately once approved. However, in some cases, our banking provider may require additional verification before completing the transfer. If that happens, you may be asked to submit documents so they can confirm your identity and securely process the payment. For all redemption requests, our team reviews and approves them within 2–4 hours. After approval, the timing depends on the bank’s processing and any verification requirements on their end. If your redemption is still pending after 6 days, please reach out to us via email or live chat so we can look into your case directly and help resolve this as quickly as possible.
