After reviewing your case, we found that one of the biggest issues was our service process. Your concerns were unfortunately not escalated internally as they should have been, which resulted in delayed follow-up from our team. We sincerely apologize for this and have already addressed it internally to help prevent similar situations in the future. Regarding the striped garment, we'd also like to clarify that the stripe pattern on these products is naturally variable from garment to garment. Because of this, the printed design cannot always be aligned to the exact stripe position shown in the mockup. We understand this expectation was important to your brand, and we're sorry that we did not communicate this limitation more clearly before production. We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback. It highlights areas where we need to improve—not only in our communication, but also in setting clearer expectations for products with unique manufacturing characteristics.
