Target OpticalReviews of targetoptical.com

I tried the NEW Target optical in Myrtle Beach, SC, and the experience was outstanding. The optician was amazing, and the staff was so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this office. Absolutely fabulous experience.

Ordered contacts from Target for 2 years. Prices are comparable to other suppliers. Shipping is fast and they use my vision coverage. So far, no complaints.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful April and the rest of staff made my experience worth reviewing i will be coming back to receive exams and glasses

I visited Target Optical/Westport Road/Louisville, KY with a prescription when a temporary eye issue required me to cease contact lenses and return to eyeglasses. Kelly Semones was helpful and patient, explaining everything along the way. The glasses arrived in the time frame promised and Kelly helped with all of my transition to glasses questions. She is awesome!

the ladies that fixed my glasses where excellent and courteous. they had knowledge of what they where doing. They should pass some of there brains to the people working on main floor. they sure do need something!! thank you ladies.

I have been going to Target Optical at 475 Hartford Road New Britain CT for many years. I had my new prescription for about 7 months and started noticing that I had a hard time reading signs while driving. I wasn't sure if my eyesight had worsen or that my prescription was wrong. Courtney Sweet waited on me asked several questions and made some adjustments to my glasses which I could tell immediately my prescription was fine. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for glasses.

Dr. Sheppard was outstanding. She took a genuine interest in understanding my eye condition and carefully explained her findings in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. Rather than rushing through the appointment, she took the time to answer my questions and help me understand what was happening with my eyes. What impressed me most was her broader perspective on eye health. She provided practical advice on caring for my eyes that went beyond the narrow focus you often encounter in medical appointments. It was refreshing to speak with a physician who was knowledgeable, curious, and willing to connect the dots rather than simply addressing symptoms in isolation. I left the appointment feeling informed, heard, and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Sheppard to anyone looking for a thoughtful and attentive eye specialist.

My nose pads were small and the sharp plastic rubbed. Nicole at the Surprise Target Optical changed them to larger soft pads, at no cost. They are GREAT now!
