My sessions keep dropping so I don't get a full hour with my specialist. This has happened 4 times

Why does TAVA mandate an assessment?
Tava answered my email. Why does TAVA mandate an assessment? Its instrusive and an invasion of privacy. Tava's manditory 2 pages of invasive questions are a barrier to care. Why, Tava? Tava answers "because its been 2 weeks". This is not an answer. Why does Tava intrude on my privacy?

I feel at ease with my therapist
I just enjoy talking to my therapist because she puts me at ease and gives great advice for calming techniques. I feel like it was a good match as I needed a little bit of talking through my grief from losing my little sister.

Signing up and using the platform is…
Signing up and using the platform is seamless. My therapist is fabulous and I couldn't be happier. I have tried other platform and they have been just horrible.
