My Therapist pays attention to me and she understands what I am going through. She listens and she helps me define my goals. She is very patient and kind and very easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable with expressing myself to her.

I haven’t felt comfortable going to therapy but I had a easy time finding a wonderful therapist :)

I like my therapist, and I appreciate the way that I can book my own appointments. I also appreciate the email and text reminders.

I did like how I was matched up with a therapist, and that we could do virtual or in person. What I didn't like is we are asked for our insurance coverage and when matching someone up with a therapist, the program doesn't make sure the patient's insurance will cover that therapist. I received 6 free sessions and found out that if I continued under TAVA I would pay full price, TAVA doesn't accept my insurance. My therapist works with Headway as well and Headway accepts my insurance.

I felt like my therapist truly listened to me and understood my feelings.
