We been waiting 3 years 18,000 paid and they keep stringing us along . Now treating us on paperwork. We sent them the paperwork several times first to John jochlen he said he had everything. Then Richard something and he's very rude and he keeps saying its needs to be done a different way and that was the way we were sending it .have proof with emails . and to this date have no idea whats going on . Do not use them .about time for the attorney general knows what going on . We owe alot of money and they keep saying it will take awhile 3 freaken years yea I dont think so .

In the beginning 2017-2019 excellent customer service Yan, then in 2020 & 2021 pandemic years no customer service and communication now playing catch up on past issues not resolved

I had an excellent experience with the initial consultation, especially with Agent Jawanda Johnson, she was professional, informative, and supportive throughout the process. That said, I’ve come to understand that if you owe the IRS due to past tax mistakes, there is only so much a tax defense service can do. While the service may be on the pricier side, at the end of the day, if you are liable, those past errors still need to be addressed and paid for. Thank you, Jawanda Johnson.
