Working with Total Body Vitality was extremely helpful in my healing journey. From the first call with Ashley I could tell this was going to be good. I was paired up with coach Ashlynn who helped me with my acid reflux, gallbladder and stomach pain. I am so thankful for the tools and supplements that have helped me feel so much better. She was always there to answers my questions and concerns. I rarely have heartburn now and my gallbladder pain is significantly better. I have more energy, sleep better and actually crave vegetables now! Thank you to the whole total vitality team! I would definitely consider them in the future!

I can't recommend Total Body Vitality enough. I first worked with Ashley, the owner, before my wedding to help me lose weight, and I had such a positive experience that when my husband and I were struggling to conceive, I reached back out to her for guidance. Ashley paired me with Ashlynn, and I couldn't have asked for a better coach. After going through fertility testing, my husband and I were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. The next steps presented to us were fertility medications or IVF, but I felt like there was something missing. I wanted to focus on improving my overall health and preparing my body for pregnancy before pursuing more invasive treatments. At the time, I was also dealing with a significant amount of stress and anxiety, and I knew my body needed support. Ashlynn took the time to truly listen to my concerns and created a personalized plan focused on nutrition, gut health, and supporting my body as a whole. She was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to work with. She was always available to answer my questions, explain the "why" behind her recommendations, and adjust my plan as my body responded. I always felt supported and encouraged throughout the process. After working with Ashlynn for about six months, I became pregnant. Today, we have an almost one-year-old, and I will always be grateful for the care and guidance I received from both Ashlynn and Ashley. While I know everyone's journey is unique, I truly believe that investing in my health and working with Total Body Vitality gave me the confidence that I was doing everything I could to prepare my body for pregnancy. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares about your health, takes a personalized approach, and supports you every step of the way, I wholeheartedly recommend Total Body Vitality.

Contacting Ashley at Total Body Vitality was the best thing I did. I had been suffering with extreme heartburn after taking Prilosec for several months when I read that it should not be taken longer than 14 consecutive days so I stopped. I was basically living off tums. The heartburn would get so bad I sometimes would make myself throw up just to get some relief. I was also very over weight and did not feel well. It was painful just to walk. Ashley is very knowledgeable. She told me about a natural chewable tablet for acid relief and put me on a program with a lot of supplements that really helped me. I feel so good now. I hardly ever have heartburn anymore. That alone was worth every penny. My health and wellness is well worth it. So far I have lost 75 pounds and feel better than I have in years. Having a coach be there to help along my journey was extremely important. Not only for the supplements and food plan but also I was held accountable to someone other than myself so I stayed on track better I feel. Ashley was always so quick to respond with any questions I had. Thank you so much Ashley. I feel like I got my life back!

I cannot recommend Ashley enough. She was the first provider to help me identify the root cause of what turned out to be a severe case of acid reflux. When I first started working with her, my symptoms had become so severe that I was struggling to swallow food, and it was affecting my daily life. While other providers focused on treating the symptoms with temporary fixes, she took the time to investigate the underlying issue and develop a plan that actually addressed the problem. She is incredibly knowledgeable, realistic, and down-to-earth, making every interaction comfortable and informative. I always felt heard, never rushed, and truly supported throughout the process. Her dedication to finding long-term solutions instead of quick band-aid fixes made a tremendous difference in my health and quality of life. I am extremely grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a practitioner who genuinely cares about helping their patients heal.

I had an amazing coach that brought real change and results. Wish I could have afforded to go longer but would definitely go back for any of my needs. I felt listened to and that I wasn't just a number. My symptoms are finally under control after over a year trying to figure it out myself. Also lost an additional 15lbs which was a bonus for me! I recommend them to everyone!

I approached Ashley as I was experience chronic hives, painful periods, mood changes, gut issues. Ashley was so helpful and knowledgeable that I knew from our first phone call she would be able to help me. I started with the 'Flush' which i was really nervous about but my coach Mandy was absolutely amazing. The Information provided, help and support is invaluable. It is a life style change and I can not tell you how much it helped me. My symptoms dramatically improved aswell as noticing other changes like cravings disaapearing and weight loss. I have done multiple fad diets over the past 10 years and nothing has ever worked for me. I lost 12lb in total and what shocked me the most was I was actually eating more than I have ever eaten but eating properly. All the meals recommended are maintainable and enjoyable, you can addapt them to what foods you enjoy Previous diets I have been on have been really hard to maintain. The supplements recommended i will continue. This is definitely a lifestyle change but 100 percent for the better. I can not reccomend enough!!!!!! Mandy would always contact me to check in and respond very quickly to any queries I had. The support is incredible. These ladies will provide you with so much information that will last a lifetime! Highly recommended!

I was paired up with Ashlynn, who knew what she was talking about and would always answer any question too! I have learnt a lot and am really grateful for the support given. I am still healing but I know with the tips I’ve received, supplements and a bit of patience I will get there! Only wish I reached out sooner! Thank you so much guys :)

Truly worth it! Ashley is a wealth of knowledge along with her 3 girls. They keep educating themselves about every aspect of health and nutrition. Available constantly thru program for ANY questions or concerns. I worked originally with Ashlynn and then Dagmar. Learned a lot about myself and how to properly manage my own body and nutrition. Went with concerns over glaucoma and weight. Glaucoma has stabilized in normal range, held off surgery and lost 70 lbs. I truly feel so much better now and will go back to these ladies. Invest in yourself, you will never regret it! Consultation is free and so informative!
