Unfortunately, my Teachers Pay Teachers account was closed without any prior notice or explanation. What’s even more frustrating is that the annual subscription fee is still being charged to my card, even though I no longer have access to my account or the services. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but I haven’t received a clear response or a proper resolution. This has been very disappointing, especially since I was using the platform seriously to sell my educational resources. Now, that opportunity has been taken away without any justification or proper communication. I truly hope this issue is resolved soon. I urge the TPT team to improve transparency and communication with their users, especially in cases involving account closures and billing.

This review is in relation customer service and not on the website itself (which I absolutely love!). This was my first time having to reach out to customer service, and I am very, very pleased with both the service and the outcome. The response I received was prompt, the representative took the time to read and understand my concern and proppsed a solution that perfectly addressed the issue.
