TechMikeNY was founded with a vision to provide affordable, high-quality refurbished servers and data center equipment while reducing electronic waste. Our journey began in a Brooklyn garage in 2004. We started with a simple mission – to be the kind of company we would want to buy from. We specialize in both pre-configured, as well as custom-built servers. We help companies with smaller IT budgets afford a robust IT infrastructure without compromising on quality. Last and most important, we take pride in servicing each individual customer; we go above and beyond to always make sure our customers are 100% satisfied, no matter the cost.

Shipped server that did not match what was ordered. No HD in the machine. Lack of quality control.

TMNY is my go to for any server purchases. Excellent building interface and selection of products to support your server after you buy it.

I was advised handling would take 4-7 days. Delivery took 5 weeks, and when the machine arrived it was unusable due to having the wrong power supplies (the order was correct, the build was not).

Hi John, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused with the unexpected delay in your order. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We see on our end that delivery was 3 weeks from the order date which is a-typical to our handling and delivery expectations, we sincerely apologize for this. Moving forward we will be enhancing our customer notification process during periods of high order volume and will ensure messaging on our site also reflects this. We would love to assist you with any issues which you are having with your power supplies. After troubleshooting as needed, we can have any replacement components delivered the same day. I will send over your contact information to our customer service team for an expeditious response. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback.

Purchase process was simple. Phone assistance was helpful. Turnaround time from digital license purchase to receipt took about one and a half business days (technically longer b/c it went over the weekend.) Would be better if a digital purchase like a license was received the same day it was purchased. Overall satisfied.

CM! Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and for choosing TechMikeNY! We are thrilled you had a satisfactory experience. Licensing which is tied to serial number can take a second to produce and we will look into any and all routes to streamline or current process. Please keep us in mind for any of your future IT needs. As you know, our sales team is available via phone, video or email and ready to help with any future need which may arise.

I purchased a used Dell PowerVault from TechMikeNy and the service was 5 Star. When they said they would do something they did it and when the replacement parts arrived they worked. Definately would recommend them to the Tech Community. Check them out if you want a great deal for Dell Servers
