No one answers by email or live chat. Tried for 3 days. Simply need find out if items are in stock or not . Dissatisfied. Update . Since this they have been responding. It would be nice to have items shown in stock

While the price was good, it should have been stated on the website that the item was on back order.

Order was cancelled and refunded
I ordered an AIO CPU cooler. A few days later my order was cancelled and refunded. On one hand, I'm happy that they let me know and took care of it relatively quickly. On the other hand, not sure why my order was canceled or why the product was even listed if they were out of stock.
